We do our best to ship orders within 3 business days. Please note that we do not ship to multiple addresses per order and that our shipping timelines may vary during high volume periods.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Online Return Policy:
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but should you wish to make a return, please email us at retail@marfasaintgeorge.com. Prior to returning items you must get approval via email.
Online purchases may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the cost of goods. Returned items must be unused/unworn and in perfect condition. Items purchased with store credit or a gift card will receive store credit only. Once we receive your return, we will contact you via email to confirm that your refund has been processed. This generally takes one to two business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
If there is a defect with an item, we do apologize for that and will be happy to replace an item or issue a refund.

It is advised that you send your return via a trackable service. HILIH will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
Sale Items:
Merchandise purchased 'on sale' is considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damages:
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at retail@marfasaintgeorge.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.
In-store Return Policy:
All items purchased from HILIH may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a store credit, provided they are in original condition with tags and receipt.
Food and beverage, swimwear, vintage, art, and items from MOLYAN, Herbs for Relaxation, and VADA are considered final sale whether purchased online or in the store.
